In July 2023, Engineers and Geoscientists BC introduced the new Compliance Audit Program for Individual Registrants. This session provides an overview of the program and helps registrants selected for an audit prepare for the process.

Understand the purpose and scope of the compliance audit program for individual registrants. Understand how to prepare for an individual compliance audit.
Target Audience
Most registrants may be subject to a compliance audit. This includes registrants with a professional designation (P.Eng., P.Geo. P.L.Eng., P.L.Geo.) as well as those with declared Non-practising and Retired designations. Trainees and Sole Practitioners with a Permit to Practice are exempt from individual compliance audit.

Stuart is responsible for overseeing the proactive compliance audit program and reactive practice review program for individual registrants. Stuart is a registered professional engineer with a background in municipal utilities and has completed the ISO 9001:2015 Internal QMS Auditor training.
