A free webinar covering the benefits and requirements of the professional engineer (P.Eng.) and professional geoscientist (P.Geo.) designations, with particular focus on the specific academic and experience requirements to be fulfilled.

Understanding the New Code of Ethics Webinar

This webinar will provide an overview of the new Code of Ethics and examples from past disciplinary cases where similar principles of the Code of Ethics have been breached. The presentation will also inform registrants about the forthcoming Guide to the Code of Ethics, which will be available as a resource to help registrants understand their obligations under the new Code.

Engineering students, start recording your summer or co-op work experience prior to graduation. Engineering students in the Student Program can access the online Competency Experience Reporting System.

Geoscience Syllabi

Earth science students who wish to obtain geoscientist-in-training (GIT) or professional geoscientist (P.Geo.) licensure after graduation must ensure they meet the academic qualifications that we have established. BC institution-specific course equivalency lists are available for environmental geoscience and geology. General syllabi are available for students studying outside of BC or geophysics students.
