Annual Reporting

Annual Reporting is the process of updating your personal and professional information and completing annual declarations. It must be completed in your online account between May 1 and June 30 every year and takes less than 10 minutes to complete.

Annual Reporting is mandatory for Practising, Non-practising, designated Retired, and Trainee registrants. Only Non-practising Life registrants are exempt.

Late Reporting

Registrants who miss the June 30 deadline must log into their online account and complete the outstanding reporting requirements and pay the late fees in the Annual Reporting System to bring their registration into compliance.

  • Your registration will be suspended if your Annual Reporting is not submitted by 11:59 PM PST on September 30.
  • Your registration will be cancelled if you fail to submit your Annual Reporting by 11:59 PM PST on December 31.

If you engage in the practice of professional engineering or geoscience in BC while your registration is suspended or cancelled, you will be subject to disciplinary action by Engineers and Geoscientists BC.
